This is a hard to find opportunity for an area like Clermont. This home is listed at 2960 sq ft, and that is where the value for this home lies. We are priced at 77 per sq ft and that is the 2nd lowest of all 28 pending and solds in last year in this subdivision. The average is at 115 and we have many selling for 120 to 130 per sq ft.  The value is also shown in homes at similar sq footage, it’s just that there are not a lot of homes as big as 2960 sq ft in this community. The other good thing about this house is that it has a pool in addition to being golf course frontage. Not all homes in this subdivision have a pool or are on the golf course. Renovating expenditure for this unit is nothing extreme, this could be a fairly clean flip.  You will need to upgrade the kitchen counter, but the cabinets should be kept.
