Take a look at this off market block home in Deltona Lakes. Houses are getting harder and harder to find in this area that are not overpriced. There are multiple rental comps nearby that are getting 900/mo. To rent, all you really need is a stove/refrigerator, clean up the floors and a minor drywall patch. Pretty easy. There are a couple of flips that are the same size and bed/bath count. They had granite in the kitchen and baths plus they were clean, but nothing really special.
